Complaints Handling Specialist with German

- Correspond with clients, partners, and AXA entities regarding complaints in line with company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve individual complaints within company guidelines
- Proactively propose and update internal procedures to enhance the complaint handling process
- Continuously monitor and analyze internal processes, proposing and participating in implementation of improvements
- Diagnose and identify problems resulting from complaints, providing feedback to mitigate issues
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors
- High school or university degree
- Native Czech or Polish speaker with at least C1 level German and B2 level English, other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, internet.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking, ability to identify root causes of problems.
- Capacity to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and integrity
