Mercier Consultancy is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support to our Czech-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of a fully paid relocation package to beautiful Greece.In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your fluency in Czech will play a vital role in fostering effective communication and building strong relationships with our customers.Responsibilities
  • Assist Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide answers to inquiries about our products and services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM software
  • Work collaboratively with team members to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Guide customers on how to utilize our services effectively
  • Collect feedback from customers to drive service improvements
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about product updates
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
