Your work environmentWe operate at the heart of ING’s wholesale banking franchise in the Czech Republic providing many opportunities for further career advancement.This position involves contacts with many different ING departments & clients as well as ING’s strong international network.Your role
As a Head of Financial Institutions CZ your responsibilities include:
  • Managing the Financial Institutions Department
  • Growth of FI WB business
  • Widening of the client base through prospect acquisition
  • Keeping excellent personal relationships with established and prospective clients
  • Bearing the ultimate responsibility for the assigned core client relationships
  • Sales of full range WB products to eligible clients
  • Interfacing the client and the bank, keeping clients satisfied through product delivery to clients´ expectations
  • Identifying marketing strategy, budget responsibility, and personal performance evaluation of subordinates

  • Academic master's degree, 5+ years of WB experience with demonstrated understanding of FI sector, clients as well as products
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with end-to-end responsibility
  • Cultural- and organizational sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial mind set, efficient team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Czech and English
