- Provide legal guidance on topics such as contractor classification, contingent workforce governance, and co-employment risk
- Support the development and maintenance of policies related to the use of external workforce globally
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on workforce-related legal matters
- Support procurement teams in reviewing and advising on supplier contracts related to workforce providers
- Provide legal input on contracting frameworks, vendor governance, and commercial terms
- Help ensure that contractual structures align with worker classification and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal oversight related to the use of digital tools and AI within HR processes
- Assess potential compliance risks related to data protection, transparency, and fairness in automated decision-making
- Contribute to governance frameworks related to HR technology and workforce analytics
- Work closely with HR (People & Organization), Procurement, Legal, IT, and Finance teams
- Participate in governance forums and advisory groups related to workforce strategy and compliance
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and policy updates
- Has 7+ years of legal experience, ideally in employment / labour law or workforce-related legal matters
- Has experience working in a multinational company, consulting firm, or international law firm
- Understands topics such as external workforce, contractor governance, or HR compliance frameworks
- Has experience reviewing commercial contracts or supplier agreements
- Is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal audiences
- Has professional English (the role operates in an international environment)
- Experience with HR technology, data protection, or AI governance is considered a strong advantage.
