- Support the Sales Manager in driving profitable sales growth to achieve overall revenue and margin targets.
- Monitor price evolution for serial and development programs and initiate actions to increase program profitability.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations and act as the first point of contact for commercial and technical questions.
- Coordinate and communicate commercial topics with customers, including price agreements, past dues, and other business-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong working-level relationships with customer purchasing teams, fostering trust and long-term cooperation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to obtain first-hand technical information and ensure alignment on customer requirements.
- Enhance and improve internal sales processes to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Guide others in resolving complex issues within the specialized area, applying deep functional expertise.
- Address challenges that extend beyond the immediate team by leveraging knowledge of related disciplines.
- Solve complex problems by taking a broad, cross-functional perspective and considering functional objectives and resource availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Management or sales-related positions.
- Recognized expert-level knowledge within the discipline, with specialized depth or breadth in the function.
- Ability to work independently or manage others while delivering impact at the department/function level.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Capable of guiding colleagues in resolving complex issues using existing solutions, best practices, and procedures.
- Broad understanding of related disciplines enabling cross-boundary collaboration and decision-making with broader organizational impact.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable, trust-based customer relationships and foster positive commercial outcomes.
