- Supporting Mobility Executives with Mobility Administration Support and Household Goods processes.
- Receiving initiations from client and setting up Interact files, service files and draft job costs and electronic employee folders.
- Liaising with service partners to book accommodation, cleaning, check ins/check outs.
- Setting up and cancellation of utility bills and handling of all utility queries.
- Researching information for welcome packs (doctors, dentists etc.)
- Liaising with Crown offices to arrange HHG surveys, pack ups and deliveries.
- Ad hoc support for Mobility Executives e.g., research of hotels, childcare, schools etc.

- Work in international environment supporting clients from all over Europe, work with colleagues from multiple countries on daily basis
