- Manage the chain of transport from origin to destination mostly for FCL cargo for customers assigned to you.
- Active customer/vendor/other offices/teams communication.
- Coordination with other departments in ensuring timely follow up and reporting of deviations.
- Continuous monitoring of “on water” business.
- Origin/destination handling and coordination – advising of containers, customs processes, and inland pick-up/delivery.
- Ability to propose efficient solution for new customers and to effectively react to changes.
- Maintain and develop customer relationship.
- Keep the internal and customer KPIs on the high level
- Follow up on daily reporting
- Correct and timely invoicing and handling of vendor invoices is your responsibility and requires ownership despite majority of the tasks is performed by other teams.
- Strong interest for logistics and supply chain management.
- Great communication skills in Czech/Slovak as 1st language together with English at business level. Hungarian as additional language is advantage
- A natural curiosity and thrive when solving problems and taking ownership.
