Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.As Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE) Engineer for VTS you will be responsible for the delivery of world class SHE solutions into all VTS organizations to stimulate VTS sustainable and profitable growth while ensuring safety is the focus.You will primarily focus on SHE processes, tools, and support of the VTS SHEQ department. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all processes & initiatives launched can be well supported by the VTS organizations in a scalable and repeatable way.Main Responsibility:

Support the Divisional SHEQ Manager in SHE compliance programs
Lead and develop VTS SHEQ council initiatives
Conduct internal virtual audits and incident investigations
Maintain SHE scorecards and safety documentation
Support ISO compliance and recertification efforts
Develop tools for virtual risk assessments and workshop safety
Collaborate with VTBA on central initiative rollouts
Promote a zero-injury culture across VTS

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, SHE, or Quality (preferred)
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial service environments
Strong communication, time management, and intercultural skills
Advanced English proficiency
Customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude
Ability to work in multinational teams and travel as needed
Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
