If process modeling is your thing and you like turning business needs into clear, structured workflows, this role might be perfect for you.We're looking for a Business Process Analyst with a strong focus on process modeling (BPMN 2.0). This is not a process leadership role - it's hands-on modeling, mapping, and translating real business needs into future-state solutions.You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team where you can bring your own ideas. You'll lead the design of smaller improvements and collaborate with our external partner for larger, more complex transformations.🔍 What You'll Do
- Model current and future processes using BPMN 2.0
- Map workflows, analyze the “as-is” state, and identify improvement opportunities
- Write requirements for transformation projects by translating business needs into clear user stories
- Support process optimization initiatives across the business line
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how teams work today
- Help communicate proposed changes and support smooth adoption
- Work closely with the Digital Team on aligning processes with the right tools and technologies
- Genuine interest in process modeling and workflow design (BPMN 2.0 experience is a big plus)
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure information clearly
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple documentation
- Curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn
- Experience with Visio or similar tools
- Suitable also for students / early career candidates, if you already work with process modeling in school or on projects
