- Deploy Worldline group HR processes and policies locally, considering the specificities of each local legislation and national culture
- Implement & manage HR projects & processes cross countries in CEE
- Advice stakeholders (internal or external) about the frame of local legislation, proactively raise eventual constraints and mitigation to be considered, in order to ensure compliance
- Act as single point of the contact for the business managers in your scope of work with whom you build a strong business relationship
- Support the development of people strategies that are designed to meet business objectives, linked to talent management for example
- Provide general HR advice on company policy, support in operational solutions to help & facilitate the business with more complex people issues
- Support the management team to bring best solutions for employees and support the recruitment of key talents
- Overview performance reviews, talent reviews and conclude succession plans
- Explain the global framework for career progression, using our internal tools
- Accompany employees in their journey to find a new challenge within Worldline
- Provide general HR advice on company policies, support in operational solutions to help the business with more complex people issues
- Advise & coach management and employees on the accurate application of appropriate HR policies
- Advise management on how to implement retention and motivation methodologies in accordance with company policies
- Report the progress of your activities towards business & HR management in a structured manner
- Extensive experience in a HR Generalist, HR BP role
- Fluent Czech and English languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in providing support and advice to management on operational HR activities and dealing with complex people issues, towards a successful realisation of business goals and employee motivation.
- Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise appropriate to your region
- Strong labor market understanding
- Ability to work with MS-office tool (Excel, Word)
