SW and HW development for automatic testing equipment in serial production of front and rear automotive headlights
Selection and design of the right technical solution with regard to balancing investment costs vs. required functionality
High emphasis on internal development of key technologies of testing machines (camera systems, electrical measurements, communication with the control unit, key mechanical elements, HMI, data collection)
Development and support of existing testing equipment
User support, supplier coordination
Close cooperation with the central industrial department on new development projects

Requirements:

University/secondary school education in electrical engineering, electronics, automation
General overview of electrical engineering required
Experience in C#, LabView, PLC programming is an advantage (at least one)
Knowledge of Keyence, Cognex or Sick camera systems
Experience in LIN/CAN/FlexRay automotive buses, industrial automation, or in automotive electrical equipment is an advantage
Creative solving the task
Intermediate knowledge of English
User knowledge of MS Office
Openness, responsibility, independence
