- Start by really getting to know your clients: Their operations, their data, their challenges, and their goals. You’ll spend meaningful time in discovery before jumping to solutions.
- Design and deliver data-driven recommendations that solve real inventory problems: You’ll analyze and interpret large datasets, translate what the numbers are saying, and present it in a way that sticks.
- Stay in close contact with clients throughout: Proactively sharing progress, flagging issues early, and pivoting the approach when the data tells you to.
- Collect structured product feedback as you go: what's working, what's missing, what clients wish the platform could do. You won't just flag it and move on; you'll stay close to how it develops, contributing to the solution and seeing your input reflected in what we build next.
- Alongside you, our Sales, Product, and Technical teams will make sure you're fully equipped to own the client relationship.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a role that required you to think analytically, communicate clearly, and deliver tangible outcomes for clients or stakeholders. We’re less interested in your job title than in what you can accomplish.
- Comfortable working with large, structured datasets to find insights and tell a story. SQL experience is a real advantage, but even if you only have some knowledge of it, and are genuinely keen to learn it fast, that works too.
- Retail, supply chain, or inventory management experience is a nice-to-have. Curiosity about how those industries work is a must-have.
- Flexibility and availability to travel to our clients’ locations.
- Data fluency: you can dig into a messy dataset, figure out what it’s telling you, and explain it clearly to someone who doesn’t live in spreadsheets.
- English fluency is a must-have.
- Organized and self-directed: you juggle multiple clients, set your own schedule, and don’t need someone chasing you for updates.
- Analytically confident enough to push back and recommend a different direction when the data supports it.
