- Own the Brand Vision: Serve as the Brand guardian of our product brand, ensuring clear strategic articulation, direction, and execution of the global brand strategy across markets.
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Lead the development and rollout of integrated product campaigns, ensuring high-quality creative output and flawless delivery through HUB teams and market partners.
- Be the Client Link: Act as the primary liaison for brand stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable campaign briefs and executional plans.
- Coordinate Across the HUB: Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Production to ensure seamless end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or agency leadership.
- Proven experience working with international clients or FMCG brands, ideally within regulated industries.
- Strong campaign leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full professional fluency in English required.
- 5 weeks of vacation + 1 day off each month + 3 sick days = up to 40 days off per year
