That's Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.As a CX Order Management Senior Specialist with French you will be the process owner of all incoming requests from customers and internal business partners and stakeholders via e-mail, EDI, B2B portal and other channels within the French market.What will you be doing:Own the end-to-end process of customer contacts, from first contact to final resolution & communication back to the customer.Delegate and follow-up the customer request resolutions with all internal stakeholders.Ensure all requests are treated within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement parameters.Lead Sales missions within your scope (prospection, market research, etc.).Manage several accounts as Digital Account Manager and create long-term commercial connections with customers.Treat incoming orders and requests from customers according to the process definitions to ensure delivering and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA's.Coordinate order-related problem resolution (out of stock, delivery delays, product quality issues).Manage system related (automated) order messages and resolve these.Support the creation of new ways of order management (EDI, digital, …) and invoicing (e-invoicing).Adjust orders based on input from the business, such as SKU switches.What you will bring:Fluency in English and in French (C1)Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload efficientlyAble to coordinate many different tasks at the same timeProblem solving experience and leading the resolution of the issuePreferably Customer facing experience but not necessaryMS Office - Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Macro´sERP or other SAP application experience is beneficial but not necessaryWe also offer great Benefit & Perks packages!Benefits for you and your family to help your physical and mental healthCompetitive parental leave and pension contributions (2,5%)25 days holidays per yearEmployee benefits to help your physical and mental health and overall wellbeing (Accident, Health and Luggage insurance, discounted services like HP Market, Multisport Card, GS Pharmaceuticals, etc.)A beer allowance to enjoy our brandsMeal vouchersEmployee networks to support diversity and inclusionGlobal Bonus26 weeks paid leave for mothersBuild your career with usWe recruit for mindset, ambition, cultural fit, and growth opportunities.
