- Support the activation and commissioning of systems — from powering up to fine-tuning performance.
Collaborate with project teams to make sure systems are handed over in full working order. * Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning to ensure a clean and reliable launch.📋 Capture the Story
- Document commissioning results and service actions in digital forms, checklists, or reports.
- Maintain clear records of system configurations, updates, and issue history.
- Contribute insights from the field or remote platforms to help improve system reliability and user experience.
- Use remote tools and platforms to track system status, performance, and alerts across multiple sites.
- Analyze data logs and dashboards to detect early signs of malfunction or deviation.
- Coordinate on-site interventions only when necessary, based on remote diagnostics.
- Schedule or trigger preventive tasks and firmware updates from a central interface.
- Represent the technical side of the project both on-site during commissioning and remotely during operation.
- Provide guidance to field teams or clients using clear, actionable communication.
- Stay alert to system behavior and always prioritize safety, uptime, and performance.
- Educational foundation in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related vocational or technical field.
- Understanding of basic control systems, signal types (digital/analog), and low-voltage electrical installations.
- Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with wiring, commissioning, or troubleshooting of field devices.
- Ability to connect and configure field components according to wiring diagrams or project plans.
- Exposure to communication protocols like DALI, Modbus, 0–10V, KNX, BACnet, or similar (even at a basic level).
- Capable of performing functional tests, checking inputs/outputs, and verifying system behavior.
- Strong problem-solving mindset – methodical and calm when diagnosing issues.
- A safety-first attitude and awareness of standard electrical and site protocols.
- Good communication skills – able to interact with team members, clients, and supervisors professionally.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic field environments, sometimes under time pressure.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies relevant to the role.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- FLUENT in Czech and/ or Slovak and good English skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend work, especially during commissioning phases.
