Construction Engineer

• Supervise construction activities on site in accordance with approved design documentation.
• Monitor project schedule and verify progress against milestones.
• Control construction costs and support budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Review and validate construction documentation and site reports.
• Identify risks, non-conformities, and propose corrective measures.
• Support handover, inspections, and final acceptance procedures.

• Authorized Engineer (ČKAIT) – Building Construction (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven supervision or management experience on at least 3 energy or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and site coordination practices.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting accurately.
• English language proficiency for professional communication.
