- Actively identify and win new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (warehousing & supply chain solutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and develop long-term partnerships.
- Lead the sales process from first contact through tender management to closing the deal.
- Work closely with Solution Design, Operations, Finance and IT to prepare tailored logistics solutions for customers.
- Support operation to negotiate with existing customers.
- Prepare commercial offers, pricing and presentations for clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for further development.
- Monitor the market, identify new trends and proactively approach target clients.
- Experience in business development / sales in logistics, supply chain or B2B services.
- Excellent Czech and English (communication with international teams and clients).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with Excel and data.
- Proactive approach, persistence and ability to build relationships with new clients.
- Driving licence (client visits across the Czech Republic).
- No criminal record
- Experience in Contract Logistics, transport, automotive or industrial sector.
