- Lead and develop partnerships with external providers, focusing on long-term value and sustainable growth
- Manage and oversee negotiations, commercial terms, and contractual agreements with partners
- Coordinate the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and integrations to ongoing performance management
- Act as the main escalation point for partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues
- Align partner-related activities with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Integrations, Technical, Account Management, Marketing, and Sales
- Ensure partner requests and internal deliverables are executed accurately and within agreed timelines
- Support and guide team members, set priorities, and maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior position in partner and supplier management.
- iGaming experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, responsibility, initiative, and the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to professionally represent the company to partners, maintaining a constructive and respectful tone in all situations.
- Proven ability to manage the full partnership cycle, from contract negotiations to integration coordination and deal closing.
- Confident negotiator with a proactive approach and a willingness to offer innovative solutions when beneficial.
- Ability to conduct open discussions and clearly communicate the company's position.
- Experience working closely with legal, finance, and commercial departments.
- Fluent English is essential and knowledge Belarusian/Ukrainian/Russian.
