- Attend 2-5 trade-shows, network at events, make first contact with prospects (there are SDRs in the team as well but all AEs are required to be proactive), qualify sales, conduct confident demos of our products and services, sometimes to prospects who have not worked with data or market research before.
- Self-starter capable of understanding the full suite of products and services to guarantee you've identified the best one for the small business.
- Execute end-to-end sales process from feasibility analysis; including and pricing, negotiating terms, writing proposals, and closing the sale.
- Develop and manage relationships with 100-300 unique clients and prospects.
- Manage client relationship and sales efforts with recurring ad-hoc clients by promptly answering. client questions regarding data quality, service offering and product delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Become proficient in NielsenIQ services, systems, and software tools.
- Participate in team projects.
- Conduct revenue forecasting on respective client base.
- Sales experience, minimum two years, including some sales training.
- Experience working for or with small food businesses AND/OR working for or with grocery retailers/supermarkets .
- Skilled & polished communicator, broad experience pitching and presenting.
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamic...).
- Full competency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience forecasting and reporting on targets and budgets.
- Fluent in Czech and Business English.
