- Prepare analyses, insights, and decision materials needed for leadership discussions.
- Manage follow-up on actions, decisions, and commitments across countries and functions.
- Support the Head of DAS CE with coordination tasks that require structured preparation, consolidation, and alignment.
- Step into selected internal discussions when delegated, ensuring continuity and clarity of communication.
- Coordinate the CE QPP Lite process end-to-end, ensuring consistent, timely inputs from all markets.
- Consolidate CE priorities, risks, dependencies, and capacity needs into unified submissions.
- Prepare documentation and alignment materials for cross-functional and cross-BA interactions.
- Track open items and ensure structured closure.
- Lead the CE monthly update process by validating completeness, accuracy, and quality of country and product-level data.
- Provide synthesized summaries and highlight key insights, deviations, and trends for CE leadership.
- Ensure full adherence to CE quality standards, naming conventions, and reporting cadence.
- Act as a coordination point between CE markets and functions such as Operations, IT, Services, and Security.
- Prepare clarity-driven alignment frameworks ahead of calls, workshops, and checkpoints.
- Support the integration of CE insights into Product Segment (PS) and Business Area (BA) discussions.
- Maintain dashboards, templates, trackers, and recurring governance tools.
- Continuously improve the planning and reporting frameworks to reduce workload and increase transparency.
- Bring structure to ambiguity and help standardize best practices across CE markets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work with data and structure information clearly
- First experience in planning, PMO, business operations, strategy, or coordination roles (e.g., 1-3 years), or strong motivation to grow in these areas
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate clearly in an international environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and interest in developing skills in Power BI and digital collaboration tools
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a structured approach to follow-up and task completion
- Interest in strategy, planning processes, and cross-regional collaboration
- Familiarity with the DAS portfolio or Central Europe regional setup is a plus (not required)
- Curiosity and the ability to translate operational information into simple, clear messages
- Experience working with recurring reporting cycles or governance processes would be helpful, but we also welcome candidates eager to learn
