CE Campaign & Communication Manager

• Developing leading customer propositions for campaigns, events and business initiatives
• End to end management of a campaign from cross functional planning, bringing teams together across the business and driving the process to successful delivery
• Ensuring that all category level events and trade driving themes/communications during the seasonal periods ladder up into the over-arching seasonal customer proposition and core campaign idea
• Owning the delivery (although not always execution) of all elements of the campaign plan around these customer events including colleague engagement, experiential and in-store activation
• Influencing the organisation to evolve/innovate the offer in order to truly deliver for customers
• Leading the development and execution of ATL creative and production
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious

• Marketing studies or relevant working experience
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Experiencing of influencing at all work levels
• Campaign Management experience in Retail or FMCG
• Experience of managing projects / campaigns from strategy through planning and execution
• Customer Focus & Insight
• Strategic Thinking
• Branding & Message Management
• Presenting to Senior Management
• Understanding media channels and their relevance by campaign
