- Leading and developing the Technology Operations team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Managing system budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Overseeing deployment and maintenance of technology projects, ensuring uptime, compliance, and smooth release management.
- Coordinating system functionality and downtime across all warehouse technologies.
- Driving incident response and troubleshooting, including emergency call participation.
- Training end users on system functionalities to support operational excellence.
- Collaborating with DC Operations, Safety, and DC Management to ensure system alignment and performance.
- Reporting regularly to senior leadership on system initiatives, risks, and performance.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for system improvements.

- A university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience/training.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in warehouse operations, cost drivers, and DC systems, including current technologies and emerging advancements.
- Strong functional skills in technology operations and troubleshooting.
- Structured approach to task management, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process optimisation.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Business fluent in Czech and English
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations, solve problems proactively, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Positive and adaptable in the face of change, with the ability to quickly embrace new system features and drive improvements.
