- Assist Consumers with inquiries regarding products and orders within the CYBEX Portfolio or Online Shop.
- Help with training Assistant level personnel whether internal or external to ensure best quality of service can be achieved.
- Identify and apply for corrections to errors in CYBEX Content or Processes to help Department.
- Function as an expert to oversee escalated inquiries from Assistant level tasks.
- Ensure a first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy.
- Communicate and engage directly with end-consumers via all channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, and chats).
- Respond promptly to end-consumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors to improve FAQs, Best Practices and Content.
- Our business language is English, so an excellent command of the language is required to be successful in this position.
- Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar.
- 2+ years of prior working experience in a similar position or a customer facing role.
- Candidates should have advanced-level fluency in either French or German as well as excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience helping Leadership with process optimization.
- Familiar with MS Office suite or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proactive and service orientated personality.
