Responsibilities:In this role, you will take ownership of the European subcontracted labor supply base and help professionalize the way we engage, manage, and develop our subcontractor network.Your focus will include:Creating and implementing a standardized tendering approach using CCR tools to establish a strong baseline across EuropeActing as a key driver in making Supply Chain the gatekeeper in the labor sourcing processBuilding a flexible and resilient supplier base that can respond to both low and peak season demandIdentifying and introducing cross-border and low-cost sourcing opportunitiesPerforming make-or-buy analyses to support future workforce and subcontracting strategiesDeveloping and maintaining a subcontractor quality matrixPartnering with training and operational teams to support qualification and capability development programsDriving cost savings, labor productivity improvements, and margin expansion initiativesWorking closely with Finance to establish reliable productivity tracking and reporting mechanismsLeading contract management, benchmarking, supplier performance improvement, and chargeback actionsEnsuring customer expectations are met through on-time delivery, quality, budget control, and compliance with EH&S standardsActing as a trusted partner to both the European Supply Chain community and Business LeadershipWhat makes this role excitingThis is more than a supplier management role.
