- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and re-negotiation of mobile and data contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and contract duration.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile service providers, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze current mobile service contracts and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, consolidation, or alternative solutions.
- Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for mobile services, from requirements gathering and vendor selection to contract execution and implementation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the procurement process.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to mobile service contracts, such as service disruptions, security vulnerabilities, and financial liabilities.
- Vendor Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of mobile service vendors to assess performance, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and legal teams, to align procurement strategies with business objectives and requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices related to mobile services procurement.
- Proven experience in IT procurement, with a focus on mobile and data services. Experience in negotiating complex contracts is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of mobile technologies, telecommunications networks, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with procurement tools, systems, and processes. Experience with e-procurement platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contract management.
- Fluent business English (spoken and written)
