- Strategic Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive global people development strategy aligned with Ataccama's overall goals and objectives.
- Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver a variety of engaging learning and development programs, including: Leadership development programs, Soft skills training, Internal mentoring and skills-sharing programs.
- Needs Assessment & Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to identify specific training needs and develop tailored solutions to address them effectively.
- Driving Engagement & Culture: Utilize innovative approaches and methodologies to drive employee engagement and foster a vibrant culture of continuous learning and growth throughout Ataccama.
- Program Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through robust feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. Make data-driven adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and continuous improvement.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in people development. Proactively incorporate relevant innovations into our programs to ensure we remain at the forefront of L&D.
- Ecosystem Enhancement: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and professional organizations to enhance Ataccama's overall learning ecosystem. Be responsible for the budget and contract management.
- Integrated Talent Management: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate people development initiatives into broader talent management processes and initiatives, ensuring a holistic approach to employee growth.
- Championing DEI: Act as a passionate champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that all learning opportunities are accessible, inclusive, and equitable for every employee.
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role in a global and fast-paced technology company.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful people development strategies and programs.
- Expertise in designing and delivering a wide range of learning interventions, including leadership development, soft skills, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to identify training needs, develop tailored solutions, and measure program effectiveness.
- Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and employee engagement.
- Up-to-date knowledge of L&D best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Experience in collaborating with external vendors and partners.
