As an Order Handling Specialist, you will take on challenges that change the industry and drive innovation. Processing customer orders (order receipt, verification, confirmation)
Close cooperation with purchasing, controlling, and shipping
Ensuring exports to the EU and outside the EU – handling transport documents (packing list, bill of lading, invoice), customs clearance
Creating and managing tenders for transport – ordering transport
Order management and invoicing in the SAP system
Invoicing process – invoices issued
Written and verbal communication with customers mainly in English

Who we are looking for:

Secondary/university education in economics or technology
Good knowledge of English – communicative level (min. B1/B2)
User knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Independence, responsibility, communication skills
Carefulness, flexibility, logical thinking
