- Lead brand development for Wound Care in South-East Europe, ensuring strategic alignment and market growth.
- Support activation activities in the Czech Republic, including product launches, BTL and ATL campaigns, and promotional programs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Define and execute marketing plans for assigned brands, channels, and products.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor the impact of marketing and digital initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external Opinion Leaders to support product strategy and market penetration.
- Drive medical education programs and pre-launch activities to ensure readiness and success.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing and communication, ideally in healthcare or B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills, financial awareness, and ability to interpret data.
- Native Czech and fluent in English.
