As part of the ORLEN Group, we play a key role in shaping the Czech market.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for an experienced and visionary Shop and Gastro Director to lead the development, growth and optimization of our non-fuel retail and gastro business. You will create strategies, drive sales, manage supplier relationships and ensure the highest standards across our nationwide network of filling stations. We need a strong leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and operational excellence.WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION?

Responsibility for non-fuel goods, gastro sales, car washes and other non-fuel revenues across our petrol station network.
Development, optimization and execution of the shop & gastro concept in line with company strategy.
Selection and management of suppliers (goods, raw materials, products and services), including contractual negotiations and performance monitoring.
Continuous analysis of sales performance, preparation of business reports and monitoring of retail and gastro trends.
Leadership and development of a team of category managers and regional managers.
Overseeing operational activities in shops and gastro operations.
Cooperation with suppliers on promotional activities to boost non-fuel sales.
Approval of layouts and concepts for shops and gastro facilities.
Responsibility for HACCP, food safety, legal compliance and all related documentation.
Oversight of logistics processes and supply flow for non-fuel goods.
Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, fire protection and environmental standards.

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

University degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant leadership role within multi-site retail or gastronomy.
Experience in the fuel retail segment is an advantage.
Strong financial understanding (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Extensive experience with commercial strategies and supplier negotiations.
Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English (Polish is a plus).
Excellent leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
High level of energy, urgency and business ethics.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to transform consumer insights into business results.
Driving license
