We are small international team of 9 based in new modern Visionary office right next to the metro station. Our team collaborates with India and U.S. location. We are focused on work-life balance with flexible working hours.THIS WILL BE YOUR ROLEWe act as a middle step between our client, representing an agriculture industry, and their dealership located worldwide, covering a service in Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Polish language. Our role is to support client in correct warranty claim validation, eliminating unjustified costs and if necessary, identifying and addressing suspicious behaviors of dealers. On the other hand, we cooperate also with dealers to understand their challenges in various repairs, guiding them through the process to solve any discrepancies being in breach of defined warranty agreements.Your main responsibility will be written communication with dealers and daily use of foreign languages. You will be learning the basics of mechanics, verifying claim information through several online tools like parts catalogue or technician advisory tool and SAP. No prior automotive/mechanics or SAP knowledge is required for this role as team will provide you with the necessary training.You will get an opportunity to meet our client representatives who visit us almost yearly and participate in regular conference calls related to process clarifications. You can improve your knowledge of PC tools and learn new applications used in the corporate world.
