- Maintaining daily contacts with our key accounts and handling their requests. Building and maintaining strong customer relationship
- Order process management, tracking of order activity and early handling of problems in the order or delivery process
- Coordination of customer requirements, schedule deviations
- Payment tracking, processing of customer overdue and credit management
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer activities, relevant key figures, and customer feedback to management and KAM
- Supporting the KAM and Sales Admin in processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and following them up
- Creation and maintenance of customer and material master data
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least three years Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment
- Business-level fluency in English is required, knowledge of German will be an added advantage
- SAP R/3 knowledge (module SD & MM), proficiency in MS Office, especially analytical functions in Excel, as well as data structure and evaluation via PowerBI
- Good interpersonal skills in an international environment, negotiating skills, customer orientation and sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work in a team
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic
