- Lead and Inspire: You'll lead a high-performing team of 7 experts (Specialists and a Data Scientist). Your job is to set the direction and help them grow.

- CVM Expertise: A strong background in CVM, lifecycle management, or retention marketing (ideally from Telco or a subscription-based B2B world).
