Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process management, and technology. Candidates will build their project management and client management skills, and further develop their communication and presentation abilities.

Manage project team to design and automate tailor-made solutions
Collaborate with senior management and clients to trigger sustainable benefits
Supervise client spend data analysis and maximize the optimization of identified opportunities
Supervise the optimization of procurement and supply chain processes and other value-adding initiatives
Provide advise and support clients to implement solutions
Lead (sub-)streams of firm building activities including ESG, Pro Bono Consulting, training delivery etc.
Assist with business development activities

What you should bring

2-3 years of prior experience in consulting and procurement industry
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
Proven previous experience in spend data analyses, e-sourcing, procurement or supply chain processes
Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to coach peers and junior team members
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Flexible to travel on client request
Valid work permit for the Czech Republic
