- Lead and develop the Business Analysis team (workload management, mentoring, feedback, participation in designing the performance evaluation and metrics system).
- Conduct analysis for key initiatives: requirements elicitation and clarification, specification preparation, requirements management, and supporting the development team throughout the full SDLC.
- Ensure the quality of BA team requirements before handoff to development.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads.
- Participate in impact analysis of changes on system architecture and in designing integrations with internal and external systems (API design).
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability; define and improve processes for requirements development and management.
- Evaluate business impact and risks of proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the business analysis methodology (templates, standards, processes).
- Quality and completeness of requirements before handoff to development.
- Consistency of analytical artifacts.
- Development of Business Analysis team competencies.
- Reduction of rework and returns from development.
- Transparency of analysis and requirements management processes.
- 6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, including at least 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Experience managing a distributed team of Business Analysts (3+ people).
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience interacting with C-level stakeholders, Product Manager/Lead, and VP of Engineering.
- Strong understanding of the full requirements lifecycle.
- Experience working with large-scale and complex systems.
- Strong expertise in system analysis.
- Experience in the iGaming domain would be a plus.
