- Engineer / Master degree (data science preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions end-to-end
- 3-5 years of hands-on coding experience (e.g. Python)
- Proven experience industrializing AI projects in manufacturing or other industrial environments.
- Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their applications
- Solid understanding of data and cloud infrastructure needed to scale AI solutions.
- Mature, realistic perspective on AI capabilities and limitations, with the ability to assess use-case feasibility.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially between business, IT, quality, development teams, and plant operations.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and globally
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex, global environments.
