- You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests before their arrival. You will assist them in selecting the ideal accommodation and additional services tailored to their individual needs.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring all reservations are entered accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal standards. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our hotel operations and the satisfaction of our guests.
- You'll collaborate closely with the front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure a seamless reservation process - from the first inquiry to the guest's arrival.
- Your responsibilities will also include managing data - preparing summaries, regular reports, and overseeing the accuracy of all reservation records. Your precision and eye for detail will help ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills - you enjoy speaking with people and know how to inspire confidence.
- A strong focus on both guest satisfaction and business results.
- Experience in administrative work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel software (ideally Opera Cloud).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- The ability to build long-term relationships with both guests and colleagues.
