- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies accurately and professionally.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and address customer needs.
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with a team.
