Assist customers with orders, accounts, and platform navigation
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
Handle higher contact volumes during promotional periodsRequirementsFluent Polish, Czech, Greek, or Hungarian (C1/C2) + English B2+
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding or interest in e-commerceSalary & Benefits€920 gross/month (14 salaries)
€45 attendance bonus (11 months)
