- Deliver exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products and services efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate information and troubleshooting advice.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure a positive and professional representation of the company brand at all times.
- Fluency in Czech and good command of English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided.
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools is preferred.
- Strong team orientation and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
