- Coordinate client onboarding and product implementation projects.
- Ensure smooth delivery of cross-departmental initiatives and requests.
- Support project managers with planning, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on decisions.
- Act as the go-to person for our internal Project Management System.

- Experience in a coordination or project support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent time management.
- Experience with business processes or project methodologies (Prince2, PMP) is a plus.
- English at C1 level (spoken and written).
