Popis poziceHR Business Partner | Prague | Global Business CentreAre you an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating as a true business partner in an international, corporate environment?Do you thrive in a dynamic, matrix organization where you can influence strategy, drive change, and work closely with senior stakeholders?We are looking for a confident and well-rounded HR Business Partner to join a Global Business Centre in Prague and play a key role in shaping people strategy and delivering impactful HR solutions.Your RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across assigned business units. You will translate business needs into HR initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-added HR services in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals, including talent planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams through initiatives such as the annual engagement cycle
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends and contribute to competitive reward strategies
  • Design and implement learning & development initiatives to support internal talent growth
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations topics, including investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR guidance and day-to-day support to stakeholders
  • Deliver training sessions and presentations on HR policies, processes, and programs
  • Ensure full compliance with Czech labor law and internal policies
PožadavkyYour Profile
  • 5-7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
  • Experience in a corporate, international and matrix environment is highly preferred
  • Czech/ Slovak native, English - advanced level
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
