- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value, income, and return on investment.
- Oversee property performance, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, operating expenses, and capital improvements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for portfolio performance, including cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for repositioning, redevelopment, or disposition of assets.
- Collaborate with property management, leasing teams, and third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive properties to inform investment and asset management decisions.
- Lead due diligence and financial modeling for acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Czech property market.
- Strong understanding of property operations.
- Proven financial modeling, valuation, and analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills
