To support further growth, we are looking for a new Prague-based colleague to join our asset management team. The main role is to support Asset management team in achieving its administrative and operational goals. The main goal of this team is to achieve highest profitability and effectivity of performance of investment portfolio. In the given position the candidate would have an opportunity to experience all aspects of real estate asset management, cooperate with external Property or facility management, experience handling of reporting, leasing, marketing, ESG, finance and technical matter of fund.What are the key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value, income, and return on investment.
  • Oversee property performance, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, operating expenses, and capital improvements.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for portfolio performance, including cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for repositioning, redevelopment, or disposition of assets.
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing teams, and third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive properties to inform investment and asset management decisions.
  • Lead due diligence and financial modeling for acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and company policies.
What are the requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Czech property market.
  • Strong understanding of property operations.
  • Proven financial modeling, valuation, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English – both written and verbal
