- Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors
- Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas
- Develop and execute brand strategy based on inputs from all parts of organization as well as market insights
- Create tactical plans and customer solutions (including digital marketing) based on agreed strategy
- Calibrate KPIs and delivering upon them
- Forecasting accurately
- Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to budget
- Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical f:f and digital channels Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Trade Channel, KAMs or any other relevant teams
- Minimum: University (economy, business or scientific) Master degree
- Minimum: 2-5 years commercial/marketing experience, brand experience will be an asset
- Field experience is an asset
- English business proficient and local language
