- Handling the helpline: managing incoming and outgoing requests in accordance with established quality standards. This includes email and chat communication, phone calls, and providing customers with assistance and necessary information in line with internal procedures and guidelines.
- Verifying customer data and insurance coverage
- Recommending and providing the most suitable solutions based on client needs
- Generating insurance coverage for customers
- Cooperating with other departments within AXA Partners CEE
- Czech at a native level
- English at a minimum B2 level
- Secondary or higher education
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organize your tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CNB license (Category III) for the Czech market
- Gross monthly salary of 30 200 CZK
