- Handling the helpline: managing incoming and outgoing requests in accordance with established quality standards. This includes email and chat communication, phone calls, and providing customers with assistance and necessary information in line with internal procedures and guidelines
- Verifying customer data and insurance coverage
- Generating insurance coverage for customers
- Cooperating with AXA Partners’ international branches.
- Polish at a native level
- English at a minimum B2 level (English proficiency will be assessed during the initial phone interview)
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or other foreign languages sufficient for communication is a strong advantage
- Secondary or higher education
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days from our office in Ostrava (ability to commute is required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organize your tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
