Handling phone calls with clients who need medical assistance, finding the nearest hospital, or arranging transportation.
Being part of a stable team that provides support to our clients in Poland.
Logging client cases into the system and handling related administrative tasks (processing documents related to insurance claims, assessing travel insurance cases).
Providing diverse assistance to people in difficult situations.
Using English occasionally.

What you’ll bring:

Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination
Native-level proficiency in Czech
Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level.
Experience working with computers and internet browsers.
Ability to provide high-level customer care.
An advantage would be knowledge of another foreign language and experience in telephone communication
